Habby Fruit Raspberry hot sauce is one of our family’s first hot sauces we ever created. It instantly became a hit with our friends and family and was requested at almost every picnic or social event we were invited to. Raspberries have always been a favorite of our family because of their sweet taste and pleasing aroma. They quickly became a staple in our house, so it made sense for us to create a hot sauce using these little beauties. With their sweet taste we thought that our habanero peppers would be a great compliment, and boy were we right! But, we didn’t stop there. We added in the smokey flavor of chipotle peppers and some other key ingredients to complete this great tasting hot sauce. We feel that this is a perfect blend of sweet and heat and it has quickly become one of our favorite hot sauces.
We took this sauce to many backyard BBQ’s and parties and found that many other people were using it on dishes that we never even thought of. In addition to the many appetizers, we have been told that people are using it in their yogurts and on bagels for breakfast, grilled chicken salads and sandwiches at lunch, and many other dishes at dinnertime from chicken to pork to steak. We even heard that some have been using it their ice cream and love it Yes, ice cream!
