Ingredients :
  • handful of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • vanilla ice cream of choice, (or Vegan Ice Cream)
  • 1 teaspoon nuts of your choice, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons blackberry balsamic vinegar (or your favorite)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Generously scoop ice cream into bowl.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar and Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce over ice cream.

Garnish with strawberries chopped nuts.

Habby Fruit Raspberry Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries (Vegan Friendly)
Ingredients :
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cored
  • 1 (8 oz) packaged cream cheese, softened (vegan cream cheese)
  • 1/2 cup organic confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Vegan chocolate syrup of choice
  • 3 graham cracker squares, crushed, or as needed (if staying vegan make sure no crackers do not contain honey)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth; spoon into a piping bag or resealable bag with a corner snipped.

Fill cavities of cored strawberries with cream cheese mixture.

Drizzle chocolate syrup and Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce over cheesecake strawberries.

Dust with graham crackers.

Refrigerate 15 minutes and serve.

Habby Fruit Raspberry Pineapple/Orange Julius
Ingredients :
  • 6 oz frozen Pineapple/Orange concentrate
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream of choice
  • 10 large ice cubes
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy a flavor packed, refreshing drink with a little kick anytime!

Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients :
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices (or chunks) in juice, drained, reserve juice.
  • 1 jar (6 oz) maraschino cherries without stems, drained (about 18 cherries)
  • 1 box super moist yellow cake mix
  • Vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box.
  • Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce to taste (recommend 3-5 tablespoons)
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  2. As the oven is preheating place butter in a 13x9 inch pan and set in the middle oven rack to melt. Set a timer for 5-7 minutes to check when butter is fully melted.
  3. Stir in the Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce to mix with the melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle broken sugar evenly over melted butter.
  5. Arrange pineapple slices on brown top of brown sugar.
  6. Place a cherry in the center or each pineapple slice (or spaced around if using chunks), press gently into brown sugar.
  7. Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to measure 1 cup.
  8. Make cake batter as directed on box, substituting pineapple juice mixture for the water.
  9. Pour batter over pineapple and cherries.
  10. Bake 40-46 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  11. Immediately run knife around side of pan to loosen cake.
  12. Place heatproof serving plate upside down on top of pan; turn plate and pan over
  13. Leave pan over cake for 5 minutes so brown sugar topping can drizzle over cake; remove pan.
  14. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool, store in refrigerator.
Upside down, Yummy all around!

Grilled Pineapple Split Sundae with Cherry Sauce
Ingredients :
  • 2 cups pitted and halved cherries, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, quartered and cored
  • 1-quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce to taste (recommend 1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :
  1. In a small pot, combine the cherries with the sugar and 1/4 cup of water over medium heat and cook until the cherries break down, 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the mixture from the heat and use a potato masher or a fork to mash it into a paste. 
  3. Strain into a bowl, stir in the vanilla and Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce and set aside.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat.
  5. Add the pineapple quarters and cook until charred all over, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. When cool enough to handle, cut the pineapple quarters into long strips or bite sized pieces.
  7. Scoop the ice-cream into bowls and top with pineapple, fresh cherries, and cherry sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
Pretty please with a spicy cherry on top!
Hot Honey Pineapple Wedges
Ingredients :
  • 2 pineapples, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce to taste (recommend 1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :
  1. Heat the honey and jalapenos (if using) in a saucepan over medium heat. Let the honey come to a light simmer then turn off the heat.
  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stain the honey through a mesh sleeve if using the jalapeno.
  4. Stir in Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce.
  5. Slice the pineapples into wedges and drizzle them with the hot honey mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top and serve.

Caribbean Peach Pudding
Ingredients :
  • 2 pounds fresh peaches, skin removed and sliced (or 2 pounds frozen peaches, thawed in a colander)
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, plus 2 tablespoons, divided
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1 box Milla wafers or gingersnap cookies
  • Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce to taste (recommend 2-4 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Procedure :
  1. Bring 2 inches of water in medium pan to a boil.
  2. Whisk together milk, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt in a heatproof bowl and place the bowl in the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the pudding, whisk in constantly, until dramatically thickened (about 20 minutes).
  4. Press a piece of plastic wrap onto the surface of the pudding (this prevents skin from forming) and let cool completely.
  5. In a glass 13x9 serving dish, build the peach pudding; spread a thick layer of the pudding (about ¼ of what you have) on the bottom of the dish.
  6. Dot this with about 1/4 of what you have of the preserves and add Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce, use a butter knife to swirl the reserves in the pudding.
  7. Layer 1/3 of the cookies on top of the pudding, then layer 1/3 of the peach slices on top of the cookies.
  8. Repeat twice more.
  9. Top the last layer of peaches with the last of the pudding, then swirl the last of the preserves (add some more Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce for more bolder flavor into it.
  10. Refrigerate covered, until ready to serve (up to 3 days)
  11. When ready to serve, whip the heavy cream with 2 tablespoons sugar with an electric mixer.
  12. Top the pudding with the whipped mixture cream and serve.

Pineapple Coconut Banana Bread
Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled (or vegetable oil)1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 overripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained (save 1 tablespoon for use)
  • 1-1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup powdered/confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice 
  • 1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce to taste (recommend 1-3 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix the melted coconut oil, sugar, maple syrup, eggs bananas and crushed pineapple.
  4. Mik the flour mixture into the wet mixture before mixing in 1 cup of shredded coconut.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan baking and bake until golden brown on top and a toothpick pushed into the center comes out clean (about 60 minutes).
  6. Let cool and remove from pan.
  7. Mix the powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce and pour it over the bread and sprinkle on the remaining shredded coconut.
  8. Let icing set before slicing and enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Cherry-Bourbon Fudge
Ingredients :
  • 3 cups of melting chocolate
  • 14.5 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 10-ounce maraschino cherries
  • Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce to taste (recommend 2-4 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Procedure :
  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment or foil. Set aside.
  2. Drain the cherries and towel pat them dry (try to get them as dry as possible). Set aside.
  3. Over low heat, stir together the melting chocolate and sweetened condensed milk until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the cherries, almonds, Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Chill, uncovered to avoid condensation forming, in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into 2-inch squares to serve.
  8. Store, covered, in the refrigerator and serve cold.

Piña Colada Smoothie
Ingredients :
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple, chopped
  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional if pineapple isn’t sweet enough)
  • Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce to taste (recommend 1-3 tablespoons)
  • 1 scoop plain vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1-2 oz white rum to make it boozy (optional)
  • Coconut whipped cream (or plain)
  • Fresh pineapple
  • Fresh mint
Procedure :
  1. Add frozen pineapple and coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until cream is smooth, use tamper (if available) to push down and blend more easily.
  3. Add more coconut milk as needed to facilitate and ensure creaminess.
  4. Add Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce and blend for a few more seconds to mix well.
  5. Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding a bit more coconut milk for creaminess, honey for sweetness, or Habby Fruit Pineapple Rum hot sauce for a little more spice.
  6. If you enjoy a cocktail, add rum and blend again to combine.
  7. Serve as is or add a slice of pineapple, and mint for added flavor (all optional).

Old Fashioned Peach Crisp
Ingredients :
Ingredients Peach Filling:
  • 8 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce to taste (recommend 2-4 tablespoons)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ingredients Crisp Topping:
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 10 tablespoons of cold butter, chopped into cubes (can use salted or unsalted)
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  2. Grease a 9x9 square baking dish with butter or cooking spray, set aside.
  3. Place the peeled, sliced peaches in a large bowl. Add brown sugar and toss to combine and coat.
  4. Add the flour, lemon juice, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour the peaches into a prepared baking pan. Make the crisp top next.
  6. Add the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl and stir together.
  7. Add the cold butter to the bowl and blend (use your hands to rub butter into the flour and oat mix). Mix the butter until it is in small crumbles.
  8. Sprinkle the oat mix over the peaches in the baking pan.
  9. Bake the crisp for 35 minutes. The top will be golden brown, and the juice will be bubbling around the edges of the pan.
  10. Let the crisp cool for about 10minutes before scooping and serving with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Peach-er Perfect with a dash of “Dang”!
Ready in 2 Hours 20 Minutes
Cherry Bourbon Balls
Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 finely chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 4 cups of powdered sugar
  • 3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 30 candied cherry halves (optional)
Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce to taste (recommend 3 tablespoons)
Procedure :
  1. Combine pecans and bourbon in a bowl and let sit at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Place butter in a large bowl. Using a held electric mixer, gradually beat in powdered sugar.
  3. Add pecan mixture and cherries to bowl, add Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce. Stir with wooden spoon until evenly mixed.
  4. Shape into 1” balls. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Melt Chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium saucepan with a heavy bottom. Stir frequently so chocolate doesn’t burn.
  6. Using a fork or a toothpick, coat balls in chocolate mixture and then place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. (If using, place a candied cherry half on top of each one).
  7. Refrigerate until set, Serve.
           These make an awesome holiday treat or a great party dessert!

Blackberry Cinnamon Roll Icing
Ingredients :
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 7 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1-1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Habby Fruit Apricot hot sauce to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :

In a large bowl beat together cream cheese and butter with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Mix in the vanilla, milk, and Habby Fruit Apricot hot sauce, then gradually mix in the confectioner’s sugar and salt until smooth and fluffy.

Hint: This icing will work on just about any home-made roll or baked good.

This icing will take your favorite cinnamon roll to another level!

Mango Bars
Ingredients :
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (can also use almonds)
  • 4 cups chopped mangoes
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce to taste (2-3 tablespoons)
Procedure :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine flour, butter, and confectioner’s sugar in a medium size bowl and then stir in macadamia nuts. Press half the mixture into a 1/2-inch thick layer on the bottom of the prepared pan to make the crust and bake until lightly browned, 15-20 minutes. Stir mangoes, white sugar, 1/3 cup water, and lemon juice together in saucepan and cook over medium heat until mangoes reduce a bit, 7-10 minutes. Combine cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water in a small bowl then pour into the mango mixture and cook until thickened, 5-7 minutes. Let mixture cool briefly then stir in Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce and then pour over crust. Sprinkle the remaining flour mixture on top and continue baking until lightly browned, 20-25 minutes. Cool until set and cut into bars. This recipe will make you love mangoes even more!

Mango Apple Dumpling
Ingredients :
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Mountain Dew™
  • Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce to taste
Procedure :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cut each apple into 8 wedges and set aside. Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles. Place apple wedge on top of crescent roll and add Happy Fruit Mango hot sauce on each (1-2 teaspoon). Roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough, starting at the smallest end and pinching to seal, and place in baking dish. Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Pour sugar and cinnamon mixture over the apple dumplings. Pour Mountain Dew™ over the dumplings. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle a little more Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce over the top. Hint: Serve by itself or with vanilla ice-cream. This is such a wonderful treat that it should not be considered just a dessert. Blackberry-Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients :
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, to taste
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce to taste(1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :

Blend blueberries, yogurt, orange juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce together in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds; increase speed to high and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Add ice and blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.

A quick and delicious smoothie with a little kick to jumpstart your day.

Mango Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients :
  • 1 fresh pineapple- peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch rings
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :

Place pineapple rings in large resealable plastic bag. Add honey, butter, salt and Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce.

Seal bag, and shake to coat everything evenly.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

Grill pineapple for 2-3 minutes per side or until heated through and grill marks appear.

Hint: This can be used as a stand alone dessert or as a nice side dish with most meals.

Blackberry Cobbler
Ingredients :
  • 6 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1-1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce to taste (4-5 tablespoons)
Procedure :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly oil 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 cup sugar with cornstarch; set aside. Place blackberries into mixing bowl and drizzle with 1/4 cup of melted butter and cornstarch mixture, and Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce, toss to evenly coat.

Spread the berries into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, 1-1/2 cups sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly blended.

Stir in milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined but still slightly lumpy; pour batter over the berries.

Bake 55 minutes – 1 hour or until the berries are tender and the crust is golden brown.

Hint: Serve warm with heavy or whipped cream.
