Ingredients :
  • 24 mushrooms w/ stems removed
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions & mushroom stems until the onions are translucent, (about 5 minutes), season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Italian cheese blend, and Parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Stir the mixture until ingredients are evenly distributed and stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.

Bake until the filling begins to bubble (about 20 minutes).

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Sherry cooking wine
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
  • Pinch of salt/pepper
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Apple Garlic hot sauce to taste
Procedure :

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 4 teaspoons yellow mustard

Apricot Pesto & Wheat Bites (Vegan Friendly)
Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Vegan parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 5 oz wheat mini baguette with oats
  • 2 tablespoons Habby Fruit Apricot Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Slice baguette in half inch slices and place on cookie sheet in oven for 5-7 min.

In a medium size bowl combine pesto, mayo, parmesan, and garlic until smooth.

Remove cooking sheet from oven, flip over baguettes on baking sheet, spread combined mixture onto baguettes evenly. Return baking sheet to oven for another 3-5 min.

Let baguettes cool for 2-3 minutes.

Mango Pineapple Coconut Munchies (Vegan Friendly)
Ingredients :
  • (2) 16oz cans of pineapple slices
  • 2 teaspoons of organic sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of pineapple reserve
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Habby Fruit Mango Hot Sauce
Procedure :

Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly coat grates with olive oil.

In small bowl mix sugar, pineapple reserve, and Habby Fruit Mango Hot Sauce until smooth.

Remove pineapple from cans and set aside small amount of reserve.

Place pineapple slices on grill and heat 3-4 minutes on each side until charring is visible.

Remove pineapple from grill, lightly brush mixture over slices and sprinkle with coconut.

Raspberry Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients :
  • 12 oz fresh Cranberries
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Bring Orange Juice to boil in medium saucepan; add sugar slowly and cook until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). Mix cranberries in and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until desired consistency is reached Tip: If add small amounts of orange juice to sauce to thin consistency a bit. Chill and serve for an awesome tasting side dish!

Ingredients :
  • 2 Large wheat tortillas
  • 8 oz jar of prepared pesto
  • 2-3 Cherry Bomb Peppers; deseeded and softened in vinegar, chopped (leave seeds for more heat)

Procedure :

Pre-heat Broiler

Place tortillas on baking sheet.

Spread even layer of pesto over both tortillas.

  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Procedure :

Ingredients :
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 pound large fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Procedure :
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat, drain grease. In a medium mixing bowl combine sausage, cream cheese and Parmesan Cheese.   • 1 (16 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

  • 1-1/2 tablespoon water (skip if a thicker hummus is desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Procedure :

Mix all ingredients until smooth and serve with chips, veggies, crackers or whatever!

Apricot Beef Jerky
Ingredients :
  • 2-pound top round steak, sliced in thin strips with the grain
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • Habby Fruit Apricot hot sauce to taste (6 tablespoons)
Procedure :
Hint: Place beef in freezer for 1/2hour prior to cutting. Slightly frozen meat will be easier to slice into thin consistent pieces. In a medium mixing bowl combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper and Habby Fruit Apricot hot sauce. Place sliced beefon the bottom of large bowl. Pour liquid marinade over beef and mix until all meat is covered evenly. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Place the meat in a dehydrator for 4-6 hours (use highest setting until done to your liking) A mouth watering taste that keeps you coming for more!

  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese and marshmallow fluff.

  • 1 pound of cooked ground beef, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) package of tortilla chips

  • 1 small can or jar of sliced jalapenos

Ingredients :
  • 3 slices of cooked bacon, drained and diced
  • 8 crimini mushroom

Procedure :

Apricot won-ton wraps
Ingredients :
  • 1 pack of wonton-wraps
  • 1 pound cooked/crumbled sausage (can use venison sausage)
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup black olives chopped

  • Jalapeno slices, from jar
  • cilantro

Procedure :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix sausage, ranch dressing, black olives and Colby cheese and set aside.

Place won-ton wrappers in muffin pan and bake for 5 minutes.
