Blackberry Stuffed Mushrooms w/ Artichoke
Ingredients :
  • 24 mushrooms w/ stems removed
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
Procedure :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions & mushroom stems until the onions are translucent, (about 5 minutes), season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Italian cheese blend, and Parmesan cheese, season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Stir the mixture until ingredients are evenly distributed and stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.

Bake until the filling begins to bubble (about 20 minutes).

Drizzle some Habby Fruit Blackberry hot sauce over the top for a real hit with anyone!

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Sherry cooking wine
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
  • Pinch of salt/pepper
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Apple Garlic hot sauce to taste
Procedure :
Mix all ingredients together well. Chill and serve. A super simple dip with high end taste!

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce to taste
Procedure :
Mix all ingredients together and serve! Quick, Simpler and delicious dip/marinade that is packed with flavor that can be used most anything!

Apricot Pesto & Wheat Bites (Vegan Friendly)
Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Vegan parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 5 oz wheat mini baguette with oats
  • 2 tablespoons Habby Fruit Apricot Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Slice baguette in half inch slices and place on cookie sheet in oven for 5-7 min.

In a medium size bowl combine pesto, mayo, parmesan, and garlic until smooth.

Remove cooking sheet from oven, flip over baguettes on baking sheet, spread combined mixture onto baguettes evenly. Return baking sheet to oven for another 3-5 min.

Let baguettes cool for 2-3 minutes.

Drizzle Habby Fruit Apricot Hot Sauce over baguettes and garnish with orange zest for a super simple tasty appetizer.

Mango Pineapple Coconut Munchies (Vegan Friendly)
Ingredients :
  • (2) 16oz cans of pineapple slices
  • 2 teaspoons of organic sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of pineapple reserve
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons Habby Fruit Mango Hot Sauce
Procedure :

Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly coat grates with olive oil.

In small bowl mix sugar, pineapple reserve, and Habby Fruit Mango Hot Sauce until smooth.

Remove pineapple from cans and set aside small amount of reserve.

Place pineapple slices on grill and heat 3-4 minutes on each side until charring is visible.

Remove pineapple from grill, lightly brush mixture over slices and sprinkle with coconut.

Let slices cool 5 minutes and serve.

Raspberry Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients :
  • 12 oz fresh Cranberries
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Habby Fruit Raspberry Hot Sauce to taste
Procedure :

Bring Orange Juice to boil in medium saucepan; add sugar slowly and cook until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). Mix cranberries in and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until desired consistency is reached Tip: If add small amounts of orange juice to sauce to thin consistency a bit. Chill and serve for an awesome tasting side dish!

Ingredients :
  • 2 Large wheat tortillas
  • 8 oz jar of prepared pesto
  • 2-3 Cherry Bomb Peppers; deseeded and softened in vinegar, chopped (leave seeds for more heat)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • Habby Fruit hot sauce of choice
Procedure :

Pre-heat Broiler

Place tortillas on baking sheet.

Spread even layer of pesto over both tortillas.

Sprinkle Mozzarella and cheery peppers evenly over tortillas.

Drizzle your favorite Habby Fruit Sauces over cheese to taste.

Place baking sheet in oven and broil 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.

Remove from oven and let cool a couple of minutes.

Cut up and serve.

Crock Pot Cherry Bourbon Meatballs
Ingredients :
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 12 ounces Chile Sauce
  • 10 ounces grape Jelly
  • Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce to taste (recommend 5 tablespoons)
Procedure :
  1. Add frozen meatballs to crockpot.
  2. Add chili sauce and grape jelly.
  3. Cover and cook for 2-3 hours on HIGH or 4-6 hours on LOW, until the sauce is hot.
  4. Add Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce, stir well and serve directly from the crockpot with serving spoon or toothpicks, or transfer to a serving dish

Bloody Mary Diablo
Ingredients :
  • 1 (48 ounce) can of tomato juice, or about 6 cups 
  • 3 tablespoons prepared creamy horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-1/4 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2-1/4 Kosher salt
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • Habby Fruit Apple-Garlic Diablo hot sauce to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pickle-Infused Vodka, or regular vodka if you prefer
  • Celery, lime, olive garnish
Procedure :
 Mix the tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, black pepper in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve.   Assemble the Cocktails:
  1. Mix celery salt and kosher salt on a small plate.
  2. Dip the rim of your glass in a shallow amount of water, then dip into the salt mix and twist.
  3. Fill an 8-ounce glass to the top with ice.
  4. Add vodka then top with Bloody Mary tomato mixture.
  5. Garnish w/ lime, cooked shrimp, celery.

Baked Raspberry French Toast
Ingredients :
  • 8 slices Texas toast, or other thick white sandwich bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, fresh would work too
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Habby Fruit Raspberry hot sauce to taste (recommend 2-3 tablespoons)
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Place Prepare 8 x 8 baking dish by lining with parchment or spraying with cooking spray.
  3. Add half the bread cubes to the prepared baking dish. Toss the raspberries with 1/2 the sugar and flour.
  4. Sprinkle 2/3 of the raspberries over the cubes.
  5. Top with remaining bread cubes, then remaining raspberries.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, and sugar.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, distributing evenly.
  8. Bake 45-55 minutes, or until the French toast is golden brown on top and springs back when touched lightly.
  9. Serve warm maple syrup and drizzle Habby Fruit Raspberry hot sauce and fresh raspberries, if desired.

Garlic Oysters Diablo
Ingredients :
  • 12 Oysters, fresh oysters opened before use
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, fine chop
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian parsley, fine chop
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Romano cheese, grated
Habby Fruit Apple-Garlic Diablo hot sauce to taste
Procedure :
  1. In a heavy saucepan, place butter and garlic and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add Italian parsley, granulated onion, black pepper.
  3. Place garlic butter into a small bowl and refrigerate until butter is semi-solid, mixing occasionally to keep the garlic well-blended throughout the mixture.
  4. Clean oysters under cold running water to remove all dirt, then open them.
  5. Place the opened oysters on a baking sheet and spoon a small amount of garlic butter over each oyster on a half shell and sprinkle with Romano cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  7. Place oysters in oven for 15-20 minutes (or under the broiler for 3-5 minutes).
  8. Place any butter that has drained from the oysters back over them.
  9. Put a couple of drops of Habby Fruit Apple-Garlic Diablo hot sauce on each oyster and serve.

Spicy Apricot Mini Bacon Cheeseballs
Ingredients :
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoky paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
  • Habby Fruit Apricot hot sauce to taste (recommend 4 tablespoons)
  • 18 pretzel sticks
Procedure :
    1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper until well blended.
    2. Mix in Habby Fruit Apricot hot sauce.
    3. Using a tablespoon or melon baller, scoop out some cheese and roll into a ball.
    4. Continue rolling remainder of cheese into similar sized balls.
    5. Arrange all cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    6. Chill in refrigerator for at least hour to set.
    7. In a shallow saucer or bowl, place cooked bacon, chives and pecans, mix well.
    8. Roll each ball completely on all sides into bacon mixture and place on serving tray.
    9. Insert pretzel stick into each ball and serve.

Ingredients :
  • 2 pounds Mango, ripe sweet, peeled and diced
  • 1/2-pound of strawberries, diced small
  • 1 tomato, diced small, seeds discarded (optional)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced small
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro, fresh, about 1/2 cup when chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, removed seeds, minced
  • 2 limes
  • Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce to taste (recommend 2-3 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional, to adjust to taste)
Procedure :
  1. In a wide bowl, add red onion and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Add juice of 1 lime and mix well.
  3. Top with diced mangoes, strawberries, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  4. Add juice of one more lime and Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce.
  5. Toss to mix everything.
  6. Taste and adjust salt and Habby Fruit Mango hot sauce for heat.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  8. Remove from refrigerator and let salsa sit for about 30 minutes before serving. (this will help marry all the flavors).
  9. Serve with your favorite chips.

Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Chicken Bites
Ingredients :
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slices of bacon, thin cut, cut into halves or thirds
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (optional, garnish)
Habby Fruit Pineapple-Rum hot sauce to taste
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top of the baking sheet. 
  3. Place the brown sugar in a shallow plate.
  4. Season chicken pieced with salt and pepper
  5. Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon.
  6. Roll the wrapped chicken into the brown sugar and make sure each piece is nicely coated in the brown sugar.
  7. Place the wrapped chicken pieces on the baking rack and lightly season again with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes or until bacon is nice and crisp (start checking around the 30-minute mark) and then remove from oven.
  9. Check that the chicken is fully cooked and has a temp of 165° F.
  10.  Drizzle a little Habby Fruit Pineapple-Rum hot sauce on each piece of bacon wrapped chicken and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before sticking with a toothpick and transferring to a serving dish.

Peach Salsa
Ingredients :
  • 2-3 ripe peaches, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce to taste (recommend 2-3 tablespoons)
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
Procedure :
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peaches, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice and zest, jalapeno,  Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce and salt. Season to taste.

Ingredients :
  • 3 avocados, pitted
  • 1 small jalapeno, removed (if desired), finely chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt, to taste

Procedure :
  1. In a large bowl, mix avocados, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, lime juice, salt, Habby Fruit Apple-Garlic hot sauce, then slowly turn bowl as you run fork through the mixture (this will ensure guacamole stays chunky) until consistency is reached; season with salt, if needed.
  2. Top with more cilantro, serve with tortilla chips alongside.

Cucumber with Pineapple Chicken
Ingredients :
  • 2 English or European cucumbers
  • 2-1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Habby Fruit Pineapple-Rum hot sauce to taste (recommend 4 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons of asiago cheese, crumbled
  • 3 small scallions, finely chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
Procedure :
  1. Trim the ends of cucumbers and cut into 0.5-inch-thick slices. (If you would like fancy lines on the cucumber, before slicing peel skin with a vegetable peeler lengthwise every 45°).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, Habby Fruit Pineapple-Rum hot sauce, asiago cheese, scallion, and pepper; stir well.
  3. Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer on a serving platter.
  4. Using 2 forks, scoop amount of chicken mixture not wider than a cucumber slice and rather tall, place on a cucumber slice and repeat with remaining slices and serve.

Old Fashion Cherry-Bourbon
Ingredients :
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 sugar cube or 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Habby Fruit Cheery-Bourbon hot sauce to taste (recommend 1 tablespoon)
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 cherry for garnish
  • Cherry, orange or lemon twist, for garnish
Procedure :
  1. In mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with bitters until dissolved (If using simple syrup, skip this step).
  2. Add Bourbon and Angostura bitters to glass and fill it with ice.
  3. Stir Gently for about 30 seconds to chill the mixture.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Express the oils from the citrus twist over the drink and garnish.
When the day ends…… you deserve something special!

Caribbean Peach and Mint Crostini
Ingredients :
  • 1/2 baguette, sliced into 10 pieces, on a bias
  • 2 peaches, sliced into quarters
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves or jam
  • 4 oz. feta cheese
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce to taste (recommend 5 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons mint, shredded for topping
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Bake the baguette slices for 10-15 minutes, watch closely to make sure the bread doesn’t burn.
  3. Broil the peaches: brush the peach quarters with 1/4 cup of honey. Broil on high for 7-10 minutes. Or until really blackened, caramelizing and bubbling.
  4. Let peach quarters cool and slice into 20 slices.
  5. Spread each baguette slice with peach jam.
  6. Top with feta cheese, drizzle Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce on and use knife to smear into the bread, mix all on baguette.
  7. Grind black pepper over the feta cheese mix.
  8. Top each Crostini with 2 peach slices.
  9. Sprinkle the mint over each slice and more honey to taste.
  10. Serve immediately.

Spicy Beef & Cucumber
Ingredients :
  • 2 beef Strip Steaks boneless, 1-inch thick (about 1 pound)
  • 1-2 cucumbers (depending on size), 
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce to taste (recommend 2 tablespoons)
  • Micro Greens, toasted sesame seed garnish
Procedure :
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine cream cheese, green onion, cilantro and soy sauce in a small cowl. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Combine chili sauce, vinegar, honey, Habby Fruit Cherry Bourbon hot sauce, and garlic powder in medium bowl; set aside.
  4. Trim the ends of cucumbers and cut into 0.5-inch-thick slices (If you would like fancy lines on the cucumber, before slicing peel skin with a vegetable peeler lengthwise every 45°), place slices on serving dish.  
  5. Place steak on grill and grill covered 11 to 14 minutes, for medium rare (145° F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove steaks; keep warm.
  7. Top each cucumber slice with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
  8. Dice steak into bite size pieces; toss in Chile sauce mixture then place on top of cream cheese mixture.
  9. Garnish with micro greens and sesame seed if desired.

Chicken Bruschetta
Ingredients :
  • 1 pound shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch slices 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce to taste (recommend 2 tablespoons)
  • Creamy Ceasar dressing or Mayonnaise (your preference)
Procedure :
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss chicken with about 1/2 cup or Ceasar dressing (you can add a little depending on how you like it), then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before using.
  4. Place baguette slices on a tinfoil lined baking sheet
  5. Brush the slices with olive oil then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly browned and toasted, then remove to cool.
  7. Drizzle Habby Fruit Caribbean Peach hot sauce on top of toasted baguette slices.
  8. Add some of the chicken salad to each piece of toasted baguettes and top with lettuce and parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve immediately

Deviled Eggs
Ingredients :
  • 6 large eggs 
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Habby Fruit Pineapple-Rum hot sauce to taste (recommend 1-2 tablespoons)
  • Chives, sliced
  • Smoked paprika, for serving
Procedure :
  1. Bring a large pot of water (about 8 cups water) to boil.
  2. Using tongs or a slotted spoon, gently lower each egg into water.
  3. Return to a boil, cover, reduce heat to medium low, and cook for 12 minutes
  4. About 3 minutes before eggs are cooked, fill large bowl with about 2 cups ice and about 3 cups water.
  5. Transfer eggs to ice bath and let sit for about 30 seconds.
  6. Drain, rinse eggs under cold water, and peel.
  7. Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a medium bowl. 
  8. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Habby Fruit Pineapple-Rum hot sauce to bowl.
  9. Mash yolks with the back of a fork and stir until mixture is smooth.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Arrange egg whites on a platter.
  12. Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or resealable bag with a small corner snipped off), fill egg white with egg yolk mixture, 
  13. Top with chives and paprika and serve.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 loaf of French bread

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage

Ingredients :
  • 2-pound top round steak, sliced in thin strips with the grain
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoon salt

Procedure :
Hint: Place beef in freezer for 1/2hour prior to cutting. Slightly frozen meat will be easier to slice into thin consistent pieces.
