SHIPPING POLICY
Continental US: Please be advised that your items will be shipped within 3 business days of credit card authorization. We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and all shipping charges are based on the information below. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Box, must have a valid street address.
Due to USPS shipping limitations, we can only accommodate a maximum order of 12 total items. If purchasing more than 12 items, a separate order with shipping charges is required.
Shipping Charges –All Items
- Quantity 1 - 4 bottles or 1 Individual Gift Pack = $10.60
- Quantity 5 – 12 bottles = Free
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are very keen on ensuring that every order is taken care of properly. We always want you to be happy. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know so we can make it right!
All sales are final. We take extra special care to wrap every single order to protect it. While damage during shipping is very rare, unfortunately it does happen. If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund. We only ask that you send us a few pictures so that we can take those pictures to the post office. Any and all refunds will be given in the form of store credit. We will ship you replacement products for whatever was damaged.
If the order was sent to you incorrectly, we will absolutely make sure you receive everything that you bought. If you happen to receive other products by our mistake, enjoy them on us!
